Birdcage Windsor
Notice the Sheraton influences and "bamboo"
turnings of this very refined Birdcage Windsor. (The original dates
from about 1815.)
Maple undercarriage, pine seat, and white oak backrest.
Assembled the old way with hand-split parts, joints shrunk tightly
together and wedged through tenons. Bayberry-green milk paint with
